You’re stuck in this endless tug-of-war between keeping your piglets warm enough to thrive and keeping your electric bill from skyrocketing.
Most folks are still using old-school heat lamps. The problem? Those things mostly just heat up the air. You’re basically paying to warm up the ceiling and the walls of your warehouse, which is a total waste of money.

Usually, it’s because the filament evaporated or the quartz tube finally gave up. It’s frustrating. We wanted to fix that, so we built our lamps to hold their own against the big international brands.
The secret isn’t magic; it’s just better materials. Specifically, the quartz and the tungsten.

The deal with quartz and filaments

We use high-purity fused quartz. Now, it’s not just about handling the heat. The real win here is that the tube doesn’t freak out when the temperature jumps up and down. It stays stable, which means it doesn’t crack when you’re cycling the power.
Then there’s the tungsten filament. We went with a heavy-gauge wire.
Here’s the thing: when a filament is too thin or gets too hot, it burns out. Simple as that. By getting the coil diameter and purity just right, we stop the tungsten from evaporating too quickly. For you, that means the light—and the heat—stays steady for thousands of hours.
